1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking services with Humble Home Cleaning, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.

2. Services

Humble Home Cleaning provides residential cleaning services in Clarksville, TN and surrounding communities, including Fort Campbell. We are veteran and women-owned, fully licensed and insured in Tennessee. All quotes are estimates based on information you provide; final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ significantly.

3. Quotes & Coupons

Our online quote quiz produces an estimate only and does not constitute a binding contract. Promotional coupons (including the $50 off first-clean coupon) are valid for new clients, one per household, and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling; repeated late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Arrival times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or prior job duration.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We back our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If any detail isn't right, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no extra charge. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, staining, or items requiring specialty restoration.

6. Client Responsibilities

Please secure pets, remove valuable or fragile items, and provide safe access to electricity and water. We are not liable for damage to items left in areas being cleaned, nor for conditions arising from pre-existing issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, and graphics — is the property of Humble Home Cleaning and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humble Home Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
